MAC EU is under no obligation to accept any order and reserves the right to cancel orders placed on the Website at any time and without prior notice.
All delivery times quoted on the Website are estimates based on stock availability, normal processing and delivery times. Where a single order comprises multiple items, MAC EU will endeavour to deliver all the items together, however where it may be necessary to deliver items from the same order separately the original single delivery charge will still apply.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address provided by You when the order was placed, unless arranged otherwise with MAC EU in writing prior to the goods being despatched.

MAC EU cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the courier’s depot and remain uncollected.
Receipt of a signature for goods delivered to the address provided by You will constitute proof that the order has been delivered to, and received in satisfactory condition, by You.
Once an item is considered delivered as outlined above, responsibility for the item, risk of damage or loss will pass to You.
MAC EU is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by You through any unavoidable delay in delivery of goods. MAC EU is not liable for any damage which occurs to goods after a delivery has been made.
